We believe this makes us proven sector leaders and we have a wealth of experience to draw on to demonstrate this. All of our UK offices have current/ recent student living so we can provide a local service.

One thing we are being increasingly asked to do is undertake due diligence reviews on existing projects at design stage. This can be for the following clients;

Our objective is to review projects from drawings quickly and thoroughly and provide concise and informative reports offering solutions to;

  • Maximise the density of proposals

  • Ensure compliance can be achieved with all regulatory standards (including HMO and British/ Scottish Building Regulations)
  • Maximise efficiency of both the design and construction
  • Consider and propose proven/ bespoke Fire Engineered solutions (potentially offering substantial savings/ efficiency)
  • Share experience with operational functionality in terms of design
  • Share experience on market evolution/ progression and trends in terms of design
  • Provide best practice solutions and evaluation of Bathroom Pod systems
  • Provide best practice solutions and evaluation of Furniture and Finishes

We are confident we can add value. That’s how we work. That’s how we retain so many clients…
